- Go to epicgames.com/account/parental-controls and log in to the child's account.
- On console, make sure the Account ID matches the in-game Account ID.
- Click Forgot your PIN?

Reset the Parental Controls PIN
- Go to epicgames.com/account/parental-controls and log in to the child's account.
- On console, make sure the Account ID matches the in-game Account ID.
- Click Forgot your PIN? → Confirm. For minors the reset email goes to the parent/guardian email.
- Under Manage your Parental Control PIN, click Change PIN.
