Set it up

  1. Log in to your child's Riot account and open the account page.
  2. Under-18 accounts show an option to make it parent-managed. Enter your email.
  3. Follow the email to verify you're the parent (through Kids Web Services) and open the Parent Portal.

Can my child remove it?

No. Riot says once enabled and verified, the child can't remove parent permissions until they turn 18, when the account graduates automatically.

What you can't see

The portal doesn't show chat history or gameplay activity. You can request that data from Riot Player Support.

Deactivate instead of delete

Riot suggests deactivating via the Parent Portal if your child may want their skins later.
