Android (Family Link): system-level communication

  1. Family Link โ†’ child โ†’ contacts: "Only contacts I add" or "Contacts I add & limited groups."

Supervision in Meta Family Center

Optional, and your teen must accept (or request it). One invite covers Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, Threads and Meta Horizon.

You can set time limits and breaks, see who they follow and who follows them, review contact and content settings, and see general topics they discuss with Meta AI (not the conversations).

Only one parent can supervise a teen. Teens can stop supervision, but you're notified immediately.
